Complaint handling procedure
Procedures and methods followed to receive and process consumer complaints
All consumer complaints are received within one business day and are processed as follows:
1. Sales complaints are processed within two business days of submitting the complaint.
2. Warranty and maintenance complaints are processed by the customer delivering the product to one of our branches and are processed within a maximum of fourteen business days for faults covered by the warranty, excluding the period of delivery of spare parts from the manufacturer, as well as official holidays and vacations.
3. For other brands, the customer must contact the authorized maintenance centers directly from the local agent.
